The privacy policy applies to all members of Parenteral Nutrition Down Under Inc. (PNDU) and users of the PNDU website (www.pndu.org). By becoming a member of PNDU and/or using the website, you consent to our collection, use and transfer of information provided by you in accordance with this policy.

1.  Information we collect

We collect any information that you provide to us through the Membership Form and website, including your name, address, your birthdate (if provided) your contact details and any information provided in the Membership Form or through our website. The website may also collect information about your computer, smartphone, tablet or other mobile device, such as the device number, location and other information which could identify you.

2.  How we use the information

We may use and disclose your personal information only for the primary purpose of furthering the objectives of PNDU Inc for which it is collected, for reasonably expected secondary purposes which are related to the primary purpose and in other circumstances authorised by law. We will generally use the information only to:

(a) communicate with you;

(b) allow you to use the website, and

(c) comply with our legal obligations.

3.  Disclosure of information

We may disclose your personal information to:

(a) other companies or individuals who assist us in providing services or who perform functions on PNDU’s behalf;

Your continued membership or use of our website after we notify you of our revised privacy policy signifies your acceptance of the revised privacy policy.
