We collect any information that you provide to us through the Membership Form and website, including your name, address, your birthdate (if provided) your contact details and any information provided in the Membership Form or through our website. The website may also collect information about your computer, smartphone, tablet or other mobile device, such as the device number, location and other information which could identify you.

We may use and disclose your personal information only for the primary purpose of furthering the objectives of PNDU Inc for which it is collected, for reasonably expected secondary purposes which are related to the primary purpose and in other circumstances authorised by law. (c) comply with our legal obligations.

We may disclose your personal information to:
